Design personalized routings

The wolkvox graphical interface allows you to combine basic cognitive, statistical, predictive and communication design components to configure voice routing engines, chats, interactions. You can even design routing for specific events that take place in wolkvox CRM.

How does it work?

To create routing engines in the wolkvox Studio module, access the Diagram Routing tab, create a new routing point and select the routing engine function. Then, locate a starting point and drag and configure the components required to develop the routing engine.
