Our cloud platform is designed to scale with you. Its optimal performance depends on adequate infrastructure. Here's what you need to ensure a smooth, secure, and uninterrupted experience.

Why are these requirements important?

Our architecture is cloud-based and offers advanced technology such as conversational AI, automation, real-time analytics, and integrated channels. For every interaction to function as a Power Conversation, it is essential to have networks, workstations, and configurations aligned with our technical standards.

Network
Requirements

QoS (Quality of Service): enabled on routers and switches to prioritize voice traffic.

VLAN segmentation and 802.1Q protocol: separates voice and data traffic, improving audio quality.

LAN Topology: avoid cascaded configurations or broadcast storms. Jitter < 100 ms, Latency < 500 ms, Packet Loss < 1%.

Bandwidth: minimum 200 Kbps symmetric per agent (in office); 5 Mbps symmetric per agent (home office).

Workstations

Processor: minimum Core i3 (i5 for recording or video calls).

RAM: minimum 4 GB (up to 16 GB for video and recording).

Operating system: Windows 8.1 or 10 (64-bit).

Connectivity: mandatory use of Ethernet cable (Wi-Fi is not supported).

Recommended headphones: USB with noise cancellation (e.g., Jabra or Plantronics).

Equipment
configuration

Static IP, no load balancing.

Recommended: suspension >1h and screen lock.

Antivirus exceptions for folders, executables, and system keys (e.g., C:\ipdialbox, Agentbox.exe, REGEDIT).

Local disk write permissions.

Perimeter security and firewall
● Firmware update and specific rules for UDP/SIP traffic.
● Recommendation: disable SIP-ALG or SIP Helper (especially on Fortinet).
● Port review (5060–5061 and 10,000–20,000 UDP), with bidirectional traffic enabled.

Versions and maintenance
‍● To avoid incidents, the platform must always operate with the latest version.
● wolkvox provides tools to validate latency and updates per station.
● In cases with automatic backup, the client must validate the synchronization status, space, and connectivity of their NAS, SAN, or AWS servers.

Telephony and PBX
●We only support IP connection (not analog).
●The client must ensure trunk capacity, ports, and allowed codecs (preferably GSM).
●Configuration must be tested in softphones like Zoiper before production.
●Bandwidth per call: minimum 150 Kbps symmetrical.
